Assessing enterprise agility. Are you agile?

Most of our clients have not implemented a 1:1 blueprint for a particular agile or traditional PM framework. Instead, we often see hybrid models with a mix of different agile and classic project management elements. As a result, we believe that a pure KPI-driven assessment is not specific enough to deliver the results that will help immediately.
