We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/o) to directly support the team on agile and waterfalls project management work, for clients in the German speaking market, who will evolve in time in an IT project manager role.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will have a coordinating and reporting role working on task level in a fast-paced agile environment, to deliver great project results for our consulting clients.

About you
- You are a problem-solver with the desire to master technological challenges with your team
- You are assertive, adaptable, and creative
- Your talent lies in self- and project management, you have experience managing projects with classic project management and/or agile methods
- You have excellent knowledge in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Word, to create status reports and summary presentations
- You know to communicate effectively, hold presentations and to moderate and run effective planning workshops
- You are open to giving and receiving feedback to grow yourself and our team
- You experience with Project Management software such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Statistics/ Business Administration/ IT, or similar work experience
Your expertise
- You have a high interest and may already been involved in the planning, organizing, and coordination of projects
- You will facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings, backlog sessions
- You are familiar with project reporting or tasks status to the stakeholders
- You are fluent in English and German languages (written and spoken, C1)
- You are willing to travel to our customers and help them to develop and implement the optimal solutions
- You are motivated to build a career in consulting with focus on project management
