Whom we seek?
Requirements:
- Experience as PMO, and with classic project management and/or agile project management methods
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Word, to create status reports and summary presentations
- First experience tracking project plans, projects and risk reporting
- Well organised working style, organisational talent overseeing complex structures
- Good communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience to work as assistant with an experienced senior manager
- Highly motivated to build a career in consulting
- Excellent German as well as English language skills required

Your future role
In this role, you will:
- Directly support a Senior Executive in a Project Assistant role
- Organization, preparation, and follow-up of project meetings and workshops
- Work independently as (Junior) Project Manager for clients in a PMO capacity or as project manager
- Update project status reports according to milestones
- Update project budgeting, resource planning and risk reporting
- Update onboarding and training materials
